A niche employment law practice is seeking a talented employment lawyer to join their team. The firm advises on a full range of employment law matters, representing both employers and individual clients. They handle contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court, and provide non-contentious advice, including advising senior executives on exit packages.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide legal advice to clients on employment law issues, represent clients in tribunal and court proceedings, advise senior executives on exit packages, and contribute to a friendly, supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years PQE (up to 15 years encouraged)
Compensation & Working Conditions
The role is full-time, but 4 days a week may be considered. The position is fully remote and includes a lucrative bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package.
