We are specialists in the full completion of construction projects, from manufacture all the way to installation and completion. We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who can lead the team into a high standard of Health & Safety processes. This autonomous role will involve developing health and safety and quality processes, site auditing, resolving health and safety issues, ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation, and embedding a strong safety culture. The role is split between 60% office based and 40% site based around Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours
- Health and safety lead
- Take ownership of the Health and safety function
- Managing risk, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance
- Site auditing
Qualifications
- NEBOSH qualified
- Health and safety experience
- Useful to have experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction
- Full UK Driver’s license
