About the Role

The Strategic Account Executive will drive new revenue growth by acquiring enterprise clients and managing key relationships to ensure long-term success.

This is a new business‑focused role with responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, while engaging senior stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition, owning the full sales cycle with a strong focus on new logo wins
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise clients
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned to client needs and business objectives
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to position solutions effectively
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in enterprise consultative sales within a software or technology environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers
  • Experience in solution selling, managing complex and multi‑product deals
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with a focus on long‑term growth
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into solutions
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise‑level deployments
  • Collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Experience selling HRTech, SkillsTech, or EdTech solutions
  • Understanding of the EMEA enterprise market and workforce development landscape
