The Opportunity

The People & Culture (P&C) team delivers purposeful transformation programmes and practices that support the attraction and enablement of leading talent. We are a diverse team, spread across the globe, who prioritise collaboration to draw on our full spectrum of perspectives, networks and strengths. Working in collaboration with P&C and function heads, this role will focus on enabling business leaders (across a dedicated client group) to effectively manage their people, create high levels of employee engagement and build an inclusive, high performing culture.

As the business navigates a period of change, the role also has accountability for the delivery of programmes and initiatives aligned to the P&C strategy and supporting large scale change programmes across the firm, working collaboratively across the P&C partnering team, the wider P&C function and key stakeholders.

Success will require the incumbent to build strong, collaborative relationships across the allocated client group and within the P&C function and bring an awareness of emerging people matters and opportunities – both internal and external.
