Training Lead

6 month contract – £65 per hour (Inside IR35) – based in Bristol.

About the Role

As the Training Lead you will work alongside a market‑leading Defence and Aerospace company, supporting the design and creation of technical training materials, ensuring brand compliance and quality, and managing IP considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Subject Matter Experts as a technical training interface to support their training material design and creation.
• Support SMEs with technical interactions across the business to assist training material design.
• Ensure relevant training development processes are followed so that material is brand compliant.
• Maintain technical coherence and overall quality of Transfer of Knowledge delivery packages.
• Support the Training Manager during internal and external governance activities to maintain time, cost and quality compliance.
• Lead and support technical engagements with internal and external stakeholders on Transfer of Knowledge topics.
• Manage IP, IPR and licensing considerations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations on highly technical information.
• Background in technical training and in reviewing material or documentation.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office and general workplace IT systems.
• Experience in Defence/Aerospace sector.
• Polish speaker is desirable.
