Philanthropy Development Manager – Major Gifts

RNLI seeks a Philanthropy Development Manager in Poole to lead the Philanthropy Team. This hybrid role involves managing a team, developing donor stewardship, and leading initiatives for high-value gifts to support lifesaving efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in major giving, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the RNLI mission. Occasional travel will be required across the UK and Ireland.
