Senior Account Manager – London / Coventry (Hybrid / Field‑Based)
Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing UK team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship‑building, and consultative selling within the construction and built environment sectors.
The Company
- Develop and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and commercial clients across the UK
- Drive consultative sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate green infrastructure solutions
- Identify and win new business opportunities within construction and landscaping markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project delivery
- Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers including project managers, procurement teams, and site stakeholders
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical guidance to clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Contribute ideas and initiatives within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment
The Candidate
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or technical sales
- Background within construction, landscaping, building products, or related industries
- Experience selling consultatively rather than transactional product sales
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with contractors or within specification sales
- Knowledge of green infrastructure, landscaping, or environmental products
- Existing network within construction or commercial sectors
