We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join a growing consultancy team delivering impactful Salesforce solutions across the charity, housing and public sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining consultancy, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and technical Salesforce expertise in a role with real social impact.
The Role
- Lead and deliver Salesforce consultancy projects for a broad customer base, working across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- Running workshops and stakeholder sessions
- End-to-end project delivery
- Salesforce system design and administration
- Producing technical specifications and documentation
- User training and ongoing support
- Pre‑sales support including demos, scoping and estimates
Help mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal projects and product development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience designing and administering Salesforce CRM systems
- Strong consultancy and business analysis skills
- Experience managing full project lifecycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions for non‑technical audiences
- Charity, housing or homelessness sector experience
Flexible UK location
Hybrid option: minimum 2 days per week in London office OR fully remote
