Our client, a reputable Children’s residential care home, is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of care for its residents. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £400 – £500 for between 3-5 days per week, making it an attractive opportunity for seasoned professionals. You’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Implement and monitor care plans to ensure residents receive personalised and effective care.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the care home.
