This role offers a competitive daily rate of £400 – £500 for between 3-5 days per week, making it an attractive opportunity for seasoned professionals. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.

• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimise service delivery.
