Senior Building Safety & Compliance Lead

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Building Safety & Compliance Manager for a London Borough Council. This is a temporary full-time role ensuring statutory compliance across a significant social housing portfolio. The successful candidate will act as the lead contact for housing safety, providing expert guidance in building safety, fire safety, health & safety, and managing compliance.

The role includes leading on compliance initiatives, reporting to senior management, and managing contracts related to safety systems.
