Strategic M&A & Corporate Development Lead

Goodman Masson is partnering with a leading Investment Manager in Greater London, seeking a Corporate Development professional to support their strategic M&A efforts as they aim to double their AUM over the next 5 years.

The successful candidate will manage transactions from due diligence to post-acquisition integration, collaborating cross-functionally and handling stakeholder relationships within a dynamic team environment.

Prior experience in TS/Corporate Finance/M&A is essential, with strong financial modelling skills preferred. This role welcomes applicants from Senior Consultant up to extensive industry experience.
