Assistant Project Manager – Capital Delivery

Based at our Finham (Coventry) office, you will support Project Managers by taking the lead on delivering your own projects. Initially focusing on less complex, lower‑risk projects, you will drive them forward while handling financial management and risk control, liaising with project stakeholders and influencing at both mid‑ and senior‑leadership levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver projects independently.
  • Conduct financial management and risk assessment.
  • Communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and proactively address challenges.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project delivery, including exposure to the NEC framework.
  • APM or Prince2 qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, and relationship‑building ability.
  • A full UK driving licence.
