Duties Of A Fleet Co‑ordinator

  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Handle vehicle warranty registrations, claims, and associated administration
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold company reputation
  • Coordinate vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver scheduling to optimise logistics
  • Oversee fleet maintenance scheduling, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems consistently
  • Support FCA and Consumer Duty compliance administration
  • Produce regular reports on customer satisfaction, operational activities, and fleet performance
  • Liaise with management to improve service processes and operational efficiency

Requirements Of A Fleet Co‑ordinator

  • Previous experience within automotive customer service, aftersales, operations, or fleet coordination is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • IT literacy with proficiency in CRM and fleet management systems
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced environment, prioritising tasks efficiently
