Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Elgin
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent | 40hrs pw, Monday – Friday, 8 am–5 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate compliance records, policies and procedures, ensuring documentation is audit ready
- Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes across the business
- Assist with internal audits, risk identification and reporting of non-conformances
- Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries across teams and external stakeholders
- Support ongoing health & safety processes and assist with ISO related documentation and standards
- Ensure all records are correctly managed using Microsoft Office and SharePoint systems
Requirements
Essential
- Strong attention to detail with experience handling documentation or administrative processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint)
Desirable
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety processes
- Exposure to ISO standards or compliance frameworks
- Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or regulatory support role
