We’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our dual-site operation across Škoda and Nissan in Chesterfield.
This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday, no weekends), offering a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of up to £40,000, company car, and a strong benefits package.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of two sites, leading a small, stable team of Parts Advisors and Supervisors. Your focus will be on creating an organised, supportive environment where people can do their best work while delivering strong commercial performance.
You’ll:
- Oversee both Škoda and Nissan parts operations
- Drive stock control, efficiency, and profitability
- Support, coach, and develop your team in a way that works for different thinking and communication styles
- Keep processes clear, structured, and easy to follow
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and colleagues

- Proven experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive sector (essential)
- Confidence managing and developing a team
- A structured, organised approach with strong attention to detail
