Salary: £33,000 per year

Hours: 40 per week, 5 days per week

We’re looking for a detail‑driven and collaborative Asset Co‑ordinator to support the Estates team at Hereford County Hospital. In this key role, you’ll help ensure all physical assets across the site are accurately recorded, verified and maintained within our CAFM system (Maximo), enabling safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Working closely with the Interim Asset Manager, Projects Team and wider Estates colleagues, you’ll play a vital part in embedding verified asset data into business‑as‑usual processes and supporting the hospital’s long‑term asset management strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing and validating asset information following physical verification activities
  • Reconciling verified asset data against existing CAFM (Maximo) records, identifying gaps and discrepancies
  • Updating and maintaining asset records, including condition, location, attributes and lifecycle data
  • Ensuring all asset handovers linked to Contract Change Notices (CCNs) are fully captured and documented
  • Maintaining robust audit trails in line with PFI contractual and governance requirements
  • Supporting compliance with asset management procedures, statutory obligations and internal controls
  • Working with the Projects Team, Technical Administrator and Help desk Manager to ensure asset data aligns with operational needs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for asset data queries within the Hard FM team

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in asset management, estates or facilities management (healthcare or PFI desirable)
  • Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems, ideally Maximo
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational and project teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A methodical, process‑driven approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
