Location: London
Job Description:

About the role

We’re hiring a Project & Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end rollout of Lantum across NHS Trusts— with adoption as your north star metric. This isn’t a role where success means go‑live. It means Lantum is genuinely embedded into the day‑to‑day lives of the clinical and operational teams using it.

You’ll manage implementations from mobilisation through to go‑live and beyond—mapping stakeholders, establishing steering committees, building Trust champions, delivering training and producing the communications and playbooks that keep everyone aligned. You’ll operate confidently from rota coordinators all the way to C‑suite and work in close partnership with a dedicated clinician to ensure every implementation lands with credibility among medical staff.

You’ll track and report on adoption across every Trust, proactively removing barriers and feeding insights back to product and delivery teams to sharpen how we land and expand.

Responsibilities

  • Own adoption as the primary success metric for every Trust implementation—tracking it, reporting on it and doing whatever it takes to drive it.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Lantum across new and expanding Trust relationships, from initial mobilisation through to full go‑live and beyond.
  • Ensure every stakeholder—clinical and operational—understands what to expect, what is required of them and what success looks like at every stage of the journey.
  • Deliver system training for all user groups, including new trainees joining mid‑rotation, and develop onboarding materials and playbooks that scale.
  • Map key stakeholders across each Trust, establish and chair steering committees, and identify and develop internal Trust champions who sustain adoption beyond go‑live.
  • Act as the primary face of Lantum within the Trust throughout the implementation lifecycle, leading meetings, webinars and presentations with clinical and operational audiences.
  • Work in close partnership with a dedicated clinician to ensure the implementation is clinically credible and resonates with medical staff.
  • Identify and proactively remove barriers to adoption, escalating where needed and feeding insights back to product and delivery teams.
  • Produce clear, timely communications to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout.

About you

  • Proven experience leading large‑scale software implementations within NHS hospital environments—experience with systems such as EPIC, or similar enterprise clinical or workforce platforms is essential.
  • A deep understanding of how NHS Trusts operate, including the clinical, operational and political dynamics that influence technology adoption.
  • A track record of driving genuine sustained user adoption across large and complex organisations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at every level from clinical staff through to Trust board.
  • Experience establishing and running governance structures such as steering committees and champion networks.
  • A confident, engaging communicator who is comfortable leading presentations, webinars and training sessions with diverse audiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent Trust implementations without losing grip on the detail.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset—spotting problems early, finding ways around them and keeping things moving.
  • Genuine passion for improving NHS workforce management and the lives of clinicians.

Benefits

  • Home office set up – £200 stipend towards home office equipment to support remote working.
  • Health Cash Plan
    • Cash refunds for physio, dental, and other health related costs.
    • An employee pricing program that grants you access to special, non‑public discounts to gyms and top retail brands.
    • Plus access to a 24/7 counselling and support helpline.
  • Pension – Lantum matches 4% of your salary into your pension pot.
  • Holiday – 25 days holiday + 1 additional day of birthday leave.
  • Wellbeing support – Access to Spill, a mental health support app and 1 day wellbeing leave.
  • £500 learning and development budget each year to drive your own development.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Charity day – the opportunity to make a positive impact in our community.

Your work environment

  • Hybrid working – spend three core days a week in our collaborative WeWork office.
  • Vibrant workspace – a dynamic, fun WeWork office space with amenities to support your productivity and well‑being.
