Great opportunity to work as a Line Leader for our client’s site – the largest co‑packer in the UK. The site specialises in repacking products and offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your leadership skills and support efficient production operations.
Staffline is recruiting Line Leaders in Haverhill.
The rate of pay is £16.11 per hour. Overtime is available after working 40 hours and is paid at £24.17 per hour. This is a full‑time role working Monday to Friday, with hours of work: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Due to the location of the site, candidates must have access to their own vehicle or reliable transport.
Your Time at Work
As a Line Leader, you will be working in a chilled environment and will be responsible for running and administering a production line. Your duties will include:
- Leading daily production – ensuring safety checks, quality standards and hygiene practices are consistently met.
- Monitoring product quality – completing first‑off checks and escalating any issues promptly.
- Managing materials – reporting waste, damages or shortages as required.
- Driving performance – meeting hourly targets and coaching staff on best practices.
- Completing shift reports – and attending daily planning meetings.
- Ensuring effective staffing – supporting new starters with clear onboarding and guidance.
- Using WMS/Vision systems – and completing client daily reports accurately.
