Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – PepsiCo

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus opportunity + Company Car.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Territory: Manchester and surrounding areas.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Build relationships across the Away From Home channel to drive sales through increased visibility and distribution.
• Unlock growth by identifying and securing new business while growing existing partnerships through insightful, needs‑based questioning.
• Execute strategy by delivering commercially focused recommendations and activating promotional activities and new product launches.
• Influence with data by using data and insights to support customer decision‑making and overall category growth.
• Manage your territory by balancing prospecting with accurate reporting and digital record‑keeping to ensure effective coverage.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant experience: a background in business development, field sales, or account management (Foodservice or FMCG is ideal).

• Strategic thinking: the ability to provide recommendations that consistently drive sales growth and exceed targets.
• Other essential requirement: a full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
