Salary: £53k (£47000 base plus £6000 night shift allowance). Total £53k.
NIGHT Shifts: 5 nights Sunday to Thursday, start times 10pm to 6am.

About the Job:
We are seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join our well-established team in a new site in Market Deeping in 2025.
The focus of the role is to work closely with the production team to ensure that machinery downtime is kept to a minimum and that all maintenance is conducted in advance to avoid production disruption.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with an electrical bias. Electrically certified 17th Edition and will be able to fault find on single and three-phase systems, servo motors and AC motors, sensors, and various control systems. There will be an element of electrical installation as required, typically lighting and small power. Knowledge of plc electronics desired.
Mechanically, they will be able to work on drive train systems, rollers, gearboxes, shafts, pneumatics, and some hydraulics. There is a requirement to be able to strip machine assemblies to component level and rebuild. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in maintenance engineering and show the ability to work off their own initiative.
Education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred but not essential; we would consider “time served” as experience.
They will be multi-skilled with an electrical bias and have strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills.
Experience Required:
- Electrical Engineering: 2 years (required).
- Mechanical Engineering: 2 years (required).
