Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure technology and data solutions align with Moat’s operational and strategic objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications to enable effective development and delivery of solutions that drive service improvement.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Support project delivery, testing, and change management while using data insights to drive improvements and inform decision‑making.
- Contribute to resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure complaints are managed in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a hybrid working arrangement, attending the head office in Dartford two days per week.
Qualifications
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a passion for solving problems and improving services through technology and data.
- Knowledge of the housing sector and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
