Lean Food Production Shift Leader

Fresh Del Monte is looking for an experienced production manager in Wisbech, UK. You will oversee the production processes while managing and developing a proactive team to achieve business objectives and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong Lean manufacturing knowledge, proven experience in food manufacturing, good numeracy and literacy skills, and the ability to manage a large team effectively.
