Business Development Manager
£35,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Car/Car Allowance
The Company
My client is a highly successful and well-established Welding Supplies business selling various Industrial Engineering and Welding Supplies, as well as Services across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the wider South East.
Currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager within the Northern Home Counties.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Selling Industrial Engineering and Welding Supplies into the Engineering, Fabrication, and Steelwork sectors
- 50% of your role will be focussed on New Business Development and 50% onAccount Management
- You will be responsible for fully developing the existing customer accounts and prospecting for new business within the area, with particular attention being paid to Independent Business.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales to drive sales
- Full P&L responsibility for the accounts which come under your remit
- Hitting your individual?objectives?whilst equally contributing to the teams goals and targets in terms of revenue and profitability
The Candidate
- You MUST have experience sellingIndustrial Engineering, Welding Supplies & Servicesinto?the Engineering, Fabrication, and Steelwork marketplace.
- You will be looking to move forward to a new challenge and?not?running away from something.
- You will be a natural HUNTER a strong Business Development Manager.
- All candidates must have a genuine passion for?the industry
- You will be based in?Bedfordshire .
