A specialist innovation and tax consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced R&D Tax Director to join its growing UK team. This role will focus on leading the technical delivery of R&D tax engagements while acting as a key point of contact for clients, accounting partners, and HMRC. You’ll work closely with internal teams to support revenue growth and ensure high-quality client outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing complex R&D tax submissions and advising on claim optimisation
- Managing HMRC enquiries and resolving technical disputes
- Supporting business development and maintaining accounting partner relationships
- Delivering internal and external technical training sessions
- Providing expertise across corporation tax and Patent Box claims
