A nationally recognised and Legal 500‑ranked complex injury team is seeking a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding London office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high‑value, technically complex claims within a well‑established and highly regarded practice, offering clear progression and long‑term career development.
High‑value, complex injury work
You will handle a varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury matters, including:
- Brain, spinal, amputation and fatal injury claims
- High‑value RTA, EL and PL matters
- Complex, multi‑track litigation
Responsibilities
- Managing claims from instruction through to resolution
- Drafting pleadings and attending JSMs, mediations and court hearings
- Working closely with experts, counsel and insurer clients
- Contributing to strategic decision‑making on high‑value matters
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Candidate Profile
Applications are invited from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE in personal injury litigation.
Strong technical and drafting skills:
- Experience handling complex or higher‑value claims
- Excellent communication and client management ability
- A proactive and collaborative approach
