Key Responsibilities

• Driving the delivery of the product strategy and innovation roadmap
• Leading new product development from concept through to launch
• Using market, consumer, and competitor insights to identify opportunities
• Owning product briefs and working closely with internal teams to bring them to life
• Partnering with commercial teams to ensure product performance and profitability
• Managing product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing and trade activity
• Conducting range reviews, competitor analysis, and ongoing market mapping
• Acting as the go-to expert for product across the business

Main Knowledge and Experience Required

• Proven experience in Product Management or NPD within FMCG or consumer goods
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and insightsi>
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
• Strong project management skills & flexibility to work on numerous projects at once
