Curriculum & Attendance Lead for Special School

Shorefields in Thundersley is seeking a Head of Curriculum and Attendance Champion. This is a full-time, permanent position starting on January 1, 2027. The successful candidate will lead improvements in academic and holistic outcomes for pupils with special needs and be involved in the Senior Leadership Team.

A post-graduate qualification in special needs or leadership is required, along with significant experience in special education. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire young people are essential.
