Tronc | 55 Hours6 WEEKS HOLIDAY-PAIDImmediate startWe are looking for a strong Demi Chef de Partie who is eager to broaden their craft within a refined yet welcoming neighbourhood restaurant in London.This is a kitchen built around exceptional produce, classical technique, and genuine hospitality. Rooted in traditional French cooking, demi chef de partie will be prepping and helping celebrate seasonality while allowing room for creativity through regularly changing specials that keep both the team and guests engaged.The demi chef de partie will be joining a small, dedicated brigade led by a seasoned Head Chef with experience working alongside some of the most respected names in the culinary world.
