What you’ll be doing…As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standardsMonitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety proceduresManage staff scheduling and daily tasksHandle customer queries and resolve issues promptlySupport training and development of team membersReport operational updates and challenges to managementEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresWorking Pattern: 5 Days Out Of 7 | 37.5 Hours Per Week
