Sir Frank’s is the beating heart of Beaverbrook, a place where guests gather for every occasion, from celebratory cocktails to quiet evening nightcaps, and everything in between.

Our goal is to take this bar to the next level, and we need the right person to lead that journey.The ideal candidate is a natural host with real presence behind the bar, equally comfortable inspiring a team as they are creating a guest’s favourite drink. You will bring creativity, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for exceptional hospitality. Working closely with our marketing teams, you will help shape the story of Sir Frank’s, driving awareness, footfall, and a reputation that extends well beyond the estate.
