Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Salary: £60,000 + Bonus + Overtime + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Executive Head Chef to lead the food operation across two high-profile London venues within the B&I and events sector.This role is ideal for a passionate culinary leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and has experience delivering exceptional food across retail dining, hospitality, conferencing, and large-scale events.The Role You will take full ownership of the kitchen operations across both venues, leading from the front to deliver outstanding food quality, operational excellence, and team development.Working closely with General Managers and senior stakeholders, youll play a key role in shaping the food offering and driving standards across both sites.Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete food operation across two London venuesLead innovation across retail, hospitality, conferencing, and eventsDeliver exceptional food experiences from daily service to VIP functionsDevelop, inspire, and manage ambitious kitchen teamsMaintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentationManage food cost, GP, labour, and operational efficienciesEnsure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standardsSupport evening and weekend events when requiredAbout You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within B&I, events, hotels, or high-volume hospitalityStrong background across multiple food offers including xwzovoh hospitality and banquetingCommercially aware with strong financial management skillsPassionate about food quality, innovation, and consistencyA strong leader with excellent communication and team development skillsFlexible and adaptable within a dynamic events environmentWhats On Offer Salary of £60,000Bonus schemePaid overtimeOpportunity to lead two exciting London venuesAutonomy to shape menus, standards, and food cultureCareer progression within a growing hospitality business…
