You’ll create seasonal menus using locally sourced, award-winning produce, including ingredients from our own Home Farm, bringing fresh ideas to life in a unique luxury setting.No two days are the same as you create bespoke dining experiences, liaise with guests on menu selections and dietary requirements, and collaborate with the Head Chef, General Manager and wider kitchen team.
