Projects include refurbishments, new developments, and listed building compliance. You’ll help scope, develop, and deliver engineering solutions that meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards. What will you be doing?
Advise on construction matters and contribute across RIBA stagesProduce drawings, specifications, and technical reportsLiaise with stakeholders, design teams, and statutory bodiesArrange site investigations and condition surveysDesign structural alterations and small-scale new works A couple of things you should know:
Proven delivery from RIBA stages 3–5Skilled in Revit/BIM Level 2 and engineering drawingsVerification experience up to Category 2Strong communication and adaptability During an interview, you may be asked about:
