Senior Commercial Manager (PR/007198) Location: Yeovil Role Type: Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits

We’re supporting a leading, innovation-driven organisation operating across complex, high-value projects to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, leading contract negotiations, and supporting major bids within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As Senior Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of commercial and contractual activities across a portfolio of projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust commercial governance, manage risk, and drive successful business outcomes.

Leading commercial input into bids and proposals for large, complex opportunities Negotiating contracts and contract amendments with customers, partners, and suppliers Identifying, managing, and mitigating commercial risks and liabilities Supporting project teams with commercial guidance throughout the lifecycle Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders Ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual frameworks You’ll be a commercially astute professional with a strong background in contract management and negotiation within complex environments.

Has proven experience in commercial or contract management roles Possesses excellent commercial and financial acumen Can confidently manage risk and translate strategy into practical solutions WorldCC, CIPS, contract management certifications) Experience within regulated or project-based industries
