As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn Building your own market and creating a ‘business within a business’
