Your role is to offer to the customers a unique and memorable experience in order to maximize the sales and to establish long term relationships with the customers, in accordance with the standards and the image of Eres.
Because of your position of Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:
Brand Image Act as a Brand Ambassador on the Boutique floor, by ensuring a perfect welcome and a quality of service worth a luxury environment Sales skills Master and observe the Eres Art of Sale techniques Have a perfect knowledge of Eres, of the collections and the stocks Support the other Sales assistants
A first experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is a plus. Strong customer Service Mindset Shows curiosity and flexibility to adapt to a changing retail environment and be in line with the business development strategy ERES is currently undergoing a period of transformation.
