The Ideal Store Manager• Proven experience in a fast-paced QSR, coffee, or hospitality environment • A strong leader who can motivate, develop, and inspire teams • Commercially aware with experience managing P&L and hitting KPIs • Hands-on and operationally strong, leading from the front during peak times • High energy, outgoing, and passionate about customer experience • Confident driving both performance and culture within a store • Able to manage high-volume environments while maintaining standards and speed
