Sales Manager (No.2 to Sales Director). Cognisant is working on a Sales Manager appointment with a regional housebuilder to strengthen their sales function as the business continues to grow. The position is best suited to an experienced Sales Manager looking for more exposure, or a Head of Sales / Sales Director who wants to step into a more measured role while still operating at a strategic level.
You will retain oversight of developments and sales teams with clear involvement in how the function is shaped and run.
