Most large financial companies rely on thousands of employees to keep up with manually handling compliance. With spektr’s AI agents, we have the opportunity to change that and completly redefine how compliance operates.

We have a proven product, already used by some of the largest and fastest-moving financial companies like Santander, Pleo, Phantom, and many more. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth is huge.

We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives who can own a full sales cycle into tier-1 European banks, payments providers, and regulated enterprises. help shape the go-to-market playbook as we build it and be one of the first sellers in our new London hub.

Building and owning a named-account territory – from cold outreach to signed contract 5+ years in enterprise sales into financial services – banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech~ Experience selling compliance, data, workflow, or platform products~ Fluency navigating complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders~ At least one stop at an early-stage company – you can and are excited to work in a startup environment~ Fluency in a second European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a genuine advantage
