New Homes Sales Advisor – Private Builder Our client is a well-established private housebuilder with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth and new developments, they are now looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional buying experience while achieving sales targets.
Managing the sales process from enquiry to legal completion• Generating and securing sales to achieve targets and KPIs• Maintaining strong knowledge of the development, local area, and competitors• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments• Managing CRM systems and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Previous experience within New Homes Sales is essential• Proven track record of achieving sales targets• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis• Full UK driving licence preferred
