We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to bring Linda into more clinics across the UK. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires — helping to define our sales motion, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that drive immediate impact for patients and care teams. You’ll work closely with the founders, shape our go-to-market strategy, and lay the foundations for a high-performing revenue team.

End-to-end pipeline ownership — from prospecting and outreach through to closing and post-sale expansion. Lead sourcing strategy — identify key stakeholders across dental clinics. Customer relationships — build long-term trust and maximise account value through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. Sales infrastructure — help build out the early sales toolkit: from messaging to CRM processes to case studies.

Have 3+ years of sales experience. Are comfortable being the first on the ground — figuring things out, testing scripts, and iterating fast. Communicate clearly and confidently across channels — phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person. Love solving problems and asking smart questions — especially in complex or technical sales. Background in a fast-scaling startup or as an early sales hire. Strong writing skills — for outbound, proposals, and internal clarity. An entrepreneurial mindset — you love building, not just running playbooks. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
