Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant (180 / 360) Location: Central London (Hybrid & Flexible Working) We are looking for an ambitious Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Central London . The role can be structured as either a 180 delivery consultant or a 360 full desk consultant , depending on experience and preference.

As an FM Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the Facilities Management and Property Services sector . 360 Recruitment Consultant Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement Building and developing relationships with clients across the FM sector Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking Managing client accounts and understanding hiring needs 180 Recruitment Consultant Working closely with senior consultants to deliver recruitment campaigns Sourcing and engaging high-quality FM candidates Building long-term relationships with candidates

Experienced in recruitment or knowledgeable within the Facilities Management sector A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Eager to learn and develop within a growing recruitment business
