We’re on the hunt for ambitious, confident communicators to join as Telemarketing Executives — people who love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and getting results.
You’ll be the vital link between inbound interest and our on-the-road Field Sales Managers. To qualify leads, schedule appointments, and uncover new business opportunities — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
One minute you’ll be following up warm enquiries, the next you’ll be prospecting new leads, chatting with customers online, or coordinating with your sales colleagues out in the field. Booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Managers. Handling inbound calls, emails, and live web chat enquiries. Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date. Sharing updates and insights with the field sales team. Proven experience in a customer-facing environment — whether that’s B2B sales, lead generation, retail, hospitality, or call centre work. Tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and databases. Comprehensive induction and ongoing training. Monday–Friday, office-based. Company pension and retail discounts.
