This role is designed for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in account management, sales, and leadership. You’ll work closely with senior Account Managers and Sales Leaders, gaining hands-on experience while progressing through a structured leadership development pathway .

Supporting the day-to-day management and growth of client accounts Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic campaigns Analysing campaign performance and contributing to strategic improvements Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
Management & Leadership Track Exposure to strategy, client growth planning, and performance analysis Opportunities to lead projects and manage junior team members A clear, merit-based pathway into Senior Account Manager, Team Leader, or Business Manager roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
