We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing client services team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with agency experience who’s eager to step up and take on more responsibility, with a clear pathway to becoming an Account Manager within 18 months. You’ll work across a mix of clients, helping to deliver integrated campaigns and supporting pitches, while building strong client relationships. Client Management# Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships.# Support client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
Project Management# Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.# Liaise with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, performance) and external suppliers to deliver seamless campaigns.# Support on new business pitches, contributing to creative and strategic responses.
Assist with implementing media campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast.# Work with the Performance Team to monitor and optimise campaigns.# Creative & Content# Brief creative teams on campaign requirements.# Manage production timelines and quality control for creative outputs.# Support the Strategy team in developing creative approaches that resonate with target audiences.
1–2+ years’ experience in an agency account management role (or similar).~ Highly organised with strong project management abilities.~ Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets.~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.~ Positive, proactive, and reliable with strong ownership of tasks and projects.~ Experience working with Financial Services clients.
