Sales Director – EMEA (based in the UK) The Role The EMEA Sales Director will be responsible for leading regional sales activity, building strategic client relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the UK and wider EMEA market.
Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy aligned to global growth objectives Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior business leaders Lead complex solution sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature Expand revenue within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities Contribute to market positioning and regional brand visibility
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales within consulting, technology, or SaaS environments Strong track record of delivering revenue growth across the UK and EMEA markets Experience selling digital transformation, finance transformation, or enterprise software solutions Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing capability Experience building and managing regional pipelines and forecasting revenue Experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), EPM, or financial systems Familiarity with finance transformation programmes Background in consulting or professional services sales
