Arranging commercial insurance for a variety of clients, including but not limited to, property owners, commercial combined, office, retail, household, travel and motor fleet. Responsible for generating new business via incoming calls, referrals and recommendations, providing quotations, mid-term adjustments, claims and handling renewals (circa 30 – 50 per month), general enquires, chasing premiums, dealing with general administration and cross selling.
