We’re recruiting a Customer Development Executive to manage and grow our Magnum across Bristol. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision‑makers, negotiate additional displays, increase distribution and visibility, and drive sales for well‑known household brands.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store. As a Customer Development Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs. Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities Manage CAPEX assets such as Freezers on Loan and premium POS, ensuring outlets meet contractual terms and conditions
Experience working in field sales or similar role Excellent time management and territory planning ability A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
