Lead a team of Account Executives, providing training, mentoring and motivation on a daily basis Conduct pipeline reviews & activity reviews with direct reports on a regular basis to support with forecasting Support Account Executives in closing deals & maintaining long-term relationships with clients when required Grow & develop team when required, supporting Account Executives with their progression routes Collaborate with wider leadership team to drive overall commercial success within the business 2+ years sales leadership experience, leading a team of individuals managing the full sales cycle~ Software sales leadership experience is essential~ Strong track record of sales success; formal sales training (e.g. Sales Manager Package
