are delighted to have partnered with a fast-growing Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specialising in Microsoft Security solutions, who help organisations strengthen their cyber resilience and maximise value from their Microsoft investments. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customers achieve measurable security maturity improvements. This a remote role that can be based anywhere in the UK.
Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor. Proactively review client environments and practices to ensure they are gaining maximum value from Microsoft security services and solutions. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the wider sales team to convert these into revenue. Educate customers on services, Microsoft security capabilities, and emerging threats to support informed decision-making. Develop, maintain, and deliver structured account plans for each customer, aligned to their business and security objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring issues and complaints are resolved promptly and professionally. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Gather customer feedback and advocate for improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Proven experience in an account management and growth within cyber security. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Exceptional relationship-building skills, both with external clients and internal stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and account reporting. A genuine passion for cyber security and the value that Microsoft security solutions bring to organisations. Commercial awareness with a proactive mindset for identifying and developing growth opportunities.
